What is The Creators Base?

The Creators Base helps creative freelancers generate client-ready documents faster — using structured project and client context to produce smart, pre-filled documents without starting from scratch every time.

You can create:

  • Proposals

  • Contracts

  • Invoices

More document types — Welcome Letters, Reports, and Brand Manuals — are coming soon.

How the platform works

  1. You select your Role (Graphic Designer, Social Media, Copywriter, etc.) during onboarding.

  2. TCB personalizes your Service Types based on your Role.

  3. When creating a document, you select a Project (new or existing) — TCB loads the scope of work for that Service Type automatically.

  4. You select a Client (new or existing) and a Document Type.

  5. TCB loads a smart template filled with data from your project and client.

  6. You review and personalize the document in the Document Builder with a live preview.

  7. You Export as PDF — client-ready.
