Welcome to The Creators Base

What TCB is, how the three layers fit together, and where to go first.

What is The Creators Base?

The Creators Base is where a creative freelancer runs the business side of the work: the services you sell, the clients you sell them to, the documents that close the deal, the projects that deliver it, and the money that comes in.

The idea behind the name is that nothing here starts from a blank page. You pick your craft and a foundation is already there, priced and scoped from market benchmarks for your profession.

The three layers

  • The Base defines what you sell: your services, with their prices, deliverables, delivery milestones and tasks. Two minutes of Refine turns the benchmarks into your own numbers.

  • The Creators Engine moves it: proposals, contracts and invoices built from your Base, electronic signatures, projects and tasks, payments, and a portal where your client follows the work.

  • Base Intelligence reads what those two produced and names the next move that actually gets you paid. It is the only place where AI runs, and it never writes your documents.

How a job flows through it

  1. You pick your craft during onboarding, and TCB builds your Base.

  2. You run Refine, or bring in work you already have, or plan your first 30 days.

  3. You create a project for a client, and TCB loads the scope, the milestones and the tasks from your Base.

  4. You create a document, proposal, contract or invoice, already filled with your data, and review it in the live preview.

  5. You send it by email, or for signature, or export the PDF.

  6. The work runs, your client follows it in their portal, and one click sends them an update.

  7. The money is tracked in Finances, and clients can pay invoices by card.
