How to export a document as PDF
Open the document you want to export inside your Project.
Review the live preview to make sure everything looks correct.
Click the Export as PDF button (top right of the document view).
Your PDF will be generated and downloaded automatically.
Is the PDF ready to send to clients?
Yes. TCB generates clean, formatted PDFs designed to be shared directly with clients — no additional editing required.
Can I re-export after making changes?
Yes. You can edit your document at any time and export a new PDF. Each export reflects the current state of your document.
What if the PDF doesn't look right?
Check your Service Types in Settings — they drive the content structure.
Make sure all fields in the document are filled in correctly before exporting.
