How does the live preview work?
As you fill in document fields in TCB, the live preview updates in real time on the right side of the screen. This lets you see exactly what your client will receive — before you export anything.
What does the preview show?
The full document layout with your content applied
Formatting rules based on the selected Service Type and Document Type
How the final PDF will look once exported
Can I edit directly in the preview?
No. The preview is read-only. All edits are made in the fields on the left side — the preview updates automatically as you type.
Is the preview the same as the exported PDF?
Yes — what you see in the preview is what you get in the PDF. There are no surprises after export.
The preview isn't loading — what should I do?
Make sure you've selected both a Document Type and a Service Type.
Try refreshing the page.
