Can I change my Role after signing up?
In V1, your Role is set during onboarding and drives your initial Service Types setup. There is no automatic Role switcher in the current version.
What happens if I chose the wrong Role?
Your Role determines the default Service Types that are pre-loaded for you. If you feel your Role doesn't match your work, here's what you can do:
Go to Settings β Service Types and edit, add, or remove the Service Types to match what you actually do.
This effectively gives you full control over your document setup regardless of the initial Role you chose.
Can I have multiple Roles?
No. Each account has one Role in V1. However, since you can customize Service Types freely, you can cover multiple disciplines without needing to change your Role.
