What can I update in My Account?
You can manage your personal details and professional profile from My Account in the top navigation. The following can be updated at any time:
Profile photo — your avatar shown in the platform
Full name — your name as it appears in documents
Email address — used to log in and receive notifications
Password — update anytime for security
Organization name — if you work under a studio or brand name (see below)
Payment details — your bank information for getting paid (see Getting Paid below)
What is the Organization field?
If you operate under a studio or business name rather than your personal name, you can fill in the Organization field in My Account. When this field is set, TCB will use your organization's name and details in your documents instead of your personal name — giving your client-facing work a more professional appearance.
Getting Paid — your payment details
In My Account → Getting Paid you can save the payment details you want your clients to use — your account holder name, IBAN, and other bank information. These are stored securely and used only to populate your documents.
Once your details are saved here, you can choose to display them on an Invoice: while editing the invoice in the Document Builder, turn on the option to show your bank details. This option only appears when your Getting Paid information has been filled in and saved.
Coming soon: a direct payment link powered by Stripe, so clients can pay an invoice online in one click — we're rolling this out shortly.
How to update your account details
Click your avatar or name in the top navigation to open My Account.
Edit the fields you want to update.
Click Save.
Changes take effect immediately across your account.
