How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from My Account. Here's what happens and what to consider before you do.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account at any time directly from My Account. Account deletion is self-serve — no need to contact support.

  1. Go to My Account from the top navigation.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Delete Account section.

  3. Click Delete Account and confirm your decision.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Your account and all associated data — clients, projects, documents, and signatures — will be permanently deleted from our active databases.

  • This action is irreversible. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

  • We may retain some information in our files where required by law or to prevent fraud, for up to 12 months after account termination.

  • If you are on the Plus plan, your subscription will be cancelled immediately. Any remaining billing period will not be refunded unless you are entitled to a refund under our refund policy.

Before you delete

We recommend downloading any documents or PDFs you want to keep before deleting your account. Once deleted, they will not be recoverable.
