The 30-day plan: from zero clients to your first deal

A commercial plan for creators starting with no clients. Set a target, see which sales get you there, and turn each one into a real deal.

What the 30-day plan is

If you arrive with no clients and no conversations going, you do not need a place to organise work, because there is no work yet. You need a path to the first payment. The 30-day plan is that path: a target, a date, and the specific sales that get you there, built from your own Base.

It is not the same thing as your subscription plan. This one is a sales plan.

How it works

  1. You set what you want to earn in the next 30 days.

  2. TCB composes the sales that reach it, using the services in your Base, and shows you the arithmetic. Two sales of one service, or one of another, whatever actually adds up.

  3. You confirm the price of each sale. The field arrives filled in with what your Base says, and you can change it. If your number is different, a checkbox offers to save it to your Base at the same time, so the correction lands in both places.

  4. The plan takes over your dashboard, with your finances right below it.

Empty slots, not fake clients

Creating a plan does not invent anything. No client, no project, no document is created for a sale that has no counterpart yet. A slot is exactly what it looks like: a placeholder with a value on it, and your money KPIs stay honestly at zero.

That is deliberate. A dashboard populated with invented clients would look like activation without being it.

Turning a slot into a real deal

When you have a name to put in a slot, type it. At that moment TCB creates the client, a project in Pipeline, and a proposal draft built from your Base. From there it is a normal deal.

If you already have someone you are talking to, you can skip the plan entirely. Three questions, who it is, what they want with the price prefilled from your Base, and when they decide, and the deal exists.

Correcting a number later

While a slot is still unnamed, you can correct its value straight from the dashboard. Once it has a name, the number belongs to the project and the proposal, and you edit it there.

Your plan does not follow your Base around. If you refine your prices next week, the plan keeps the numbers you confirmed when you built it. That is on purpose: a plan whose targets shift on their own is not a plan. Correct the slot, not the freeze.

Starting a new plan

You can replace a plan at any time with Start a new plan. That is treated as a change of direction, not as giving up, and the old plan is kept as history.
